Committee Involvement |

The Chamber of
Commerce Program of Work focuses on four
areas of business leadership and
involvement: member services, community
development, legislative affairs, and
economic development.
As a volunteer driven organization, we rely on the active
participation of committed volunteers to
move major initiatives forward in each area
of our business plan. If you have an
interest in any one of these areas, please
contact the Chamber staff to discuss the
best way for your or other members of your
business to get involved.
Remember, your involvement can also be a great way to development
relationships with the key business leaders
of Tifton, Tift County and the region. |

Ambassadors |

The Ambassadors
consist of a group of 30 business men and
women alike who are active in our community.
The primary purpose of an Ambassador is to
represent the Chamber by attending events,
as well as, welcoming and congratulating new
businesses and new members. The ambassadors
usually serve as hosts at most Chamber
Events, including ribbon cuttings,
Business Showcase,
Annual
Golf Tournament, member appreciation
supper, Legislative Fish Fry, and the
Chamber's Annual Dinner. For information
